SOS Tooned - Won't Let Me Log In

It says it encountered a fatal crash and to check the files to see why. So I went and did. This is what it says.

WindowsError: [Error 216] This version of %1 is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need a x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher

What does this mean exactly? And this just started today when I tried to log in. It has never done this before.

The team upgraded their engine from a 32-bit to a 64-bit. The only way to fix this is to upgrade your computer to a 64-bit Windows copy. There's a possibility that they will support 32-bit players once again. Until then, you have to find a way to upgrade to 64-bit or wait until they bring back 32-bit support.
